A Ukrainian man, 24, found refuge at the Hope Shelter in the Maramureș Mountains after being lost for three days. He called for help due to exhaustion and dehydration. The shelter, established for emergencies, provided safety until rescuers arrived. The rescue team from Salvamont Maramureș safely brought him down and handed him over to border police. The shelter was created through collaboration among various organizations to assist those in distress in the mountainous area.
