Recorder îl acuză pe Lucian Pahonțu, șeful SPP, că și-ar fi plagiat 30% din lucrarea de doctorat
Recorder has published an investigation alleging that Lucian Pahonțu, head of the SPP, plagiarized at least 30% of his 2003 doctoral thesis. The report claims he used sources without proper citation. Previously, Pahonțu was accused of involvement in the repression during the 1989 Revolution and the 1990 Mineriad, which he denied, citing official documents. Additionally, Snoop has reported on his special pension and the lack of a CNSAS decision regarding his ties to the Securitate. The plagiarism analysis was based on text comparison rather than software detection, revealing identical fragments from a 1976 Security Forces regulation without proper attribution. Pahonțu has not responded to these allegations.
