Record la pompă: motorina a ajuns la 2,24 euro pe litru în UE. România, printre țările cu maxime istorice
The average diesel price in the EU has reached a record €2.24 per liter, significantly higher than pre-war levels. Twelve member states, including Belgium, Italy, Romania, and Poland, have reported historic highs. The rising costs are straining household budgets, with Bulgaria seeing filling a 50-liter tank costing over 15% of the minimum wage. Diesel prices have surpassed €2.50 in Denmark, the Netherlands, and Finland, while Belgium's average is €2.43. The increase is attributed to supply chain disruptions and high refining margins. In Romania, the average price is approximately 10.95 lei per liter, despite a 25% excise tax reduction. The government is continuously reassessing this measure based on international market trends.
