Record: 800 de site-uri ilegale de jocuri de noroc au ajuns pe lista neagră a statului
The National Office for Gambling (ONJN) has added around 800 illegal gambling sites to its blacklist, marking a record number. This decision was made during a Supervisory Committee meeting. The new sites join approximately 370 previously listed during the current ONJN leadership. The increase is attributed to a new detection tool for clone sites. Since its establishment in 2013, about 1,500 illegal sites have been blacklisted, with 1,180 added under the current mandate. The ONJN emphasizes the need for legislative adaptation and accelerated digitalization to combat the systemic issue of illegal gambling in Europe.
