Recentele atacuri ale Rusiei au provocat pagube considerabile rețelei electrice din Ucraina, spune Zelenski. De ce îl critică pe primarul Kievului

Ukrainian President Zelensky reported significant damage to the national electricity grid due to recent Russian attacks, warning of a challenging winter ahead. He criticized local authorities, particularly Kyiv's mayor Klitschko, for delays in implementing resilience plans for essential infrastructure. Meanwhile, Ukraine's military claimed to have struck three missile production facilities in Russia, aiming to diminish Russia's missile supply capabilities.
