He emphasized the need for concrete data rather than probabilities. The report highlighted issues such as payments to deceased individuals and incorrect survivor pensions. Giugea stated that the recalculation process was flawed due to an underperforming IT system, which failed to accurately process pension data. He promised to provide a detailed report soon, while expressing frustration over the negative portrayal of the pension system and its employees.
