The report criticizes the company's actions and its partnership with Nova Power & Gas, particularly concerning land acquisition. Despite initial rejection of the report's conclusions, the interim Prime Minister mandated its publication. The report estimates the construction cost at $6.5 billion. Nova Power & Gas has also dismissed the report's findings and proposed various scenarios for continuing the project, including using NuScale technology or delaying until costs decrease.
