Reacția lui George Simion după decizia Tribunalului București de a-l elibera pe Călin Georgescu, sub control judiciar

George Simion expressed on Facebook that the Romanian people cannot be deceived or defeated after Călin Georgescu was placed under judicial control for 60 days. AUR senators protested in the Senate with signs reading "Stop political police" following Georgescu's detention by DIICOT. He and businessman Ionel Rusen face charges of organized crime and fraud. The court decided on judicial control instead of preventive arrest, which DIICOT contested. Georgescu claimed his innocence, labeling the charges as politically motivated and urging supporters to remain hopeful.
