Reacţia Coreei de Sud după ce a fost prinsă că vinde motorină Rusiei: Nu încalcă interdicţiile

South Korea has stated that its diesel exports to Russia do not violate export controls, despite accusations from Ukraine. A Ukrainian official claimed these shipments contradict South Korea's sanctions policy. The South Korean Foreign Ministry emphasized that refined petroleum products, including diesel, are not subject to export restrictions to Russia. Reports indicated that 176,000 tons of diesel were shipped from South Korea to Russia in July and August. Tensions between Seoul and Kyiv have increased following Ukraine's disclosure of North Korean soldiers captured while fighting for Russia.
