He emphasized the need to analyze such manifestations in the context of growing societal discontent, particularly following the cancellation of the December 2024 elections. Dungaciu noted that reactions like these stem from a lack of transparency from state institutions and highlighted a significant demand for political change observed in sociological research from 2017-2018. He warned that social tension is increasing as people feel ignored and labeled by authorities.
