Eleven registration certificates and seven license plates were confiscated due to technical issues. Specific violations included unauthorized modifications to exhaust systems and improper lighting. Two drivers faced significant fines and had their registration documents retained until issues were resolved. Authorities also informed drivers about changes in penalty points and testing locations for traffic rules knowledge.
