Răsturnare de situație în vânzarea activelor Lukoil: Nu le mai cumpără americanii de la Carlyle, deși rușii anunțaseră un acord
Carlyle Group has announced it will no longer pursue the acquisition of Lukoil's international assets, which were put up for sale due to U.S. sanctions. The assets, valued at around $22 billion, attracted interest from various companies, including Exxon Mobil. Todd Boehly reportedly received U.S. government support for a bid on these assets. Lukoil operates in Romania with a refinery and a network of fuel stations.
