Initially, suspicions were directed towards Aida's mother, but evidence has led authorities to suspect Aida may have been involved in the violent incident. The attack occurred on September 29, resulting in the grandfather's death from severe injuries. Both individuals had sustained cuts to the head and neck. Aida, who grew up in the U.S. and was visiting family in Romania, is now a suspect as investigators seek to clarify the circumstances surrounding the incident.
