He described his interaction with Mihai Ponea, head of DSVSA Vaslui, as a normal dialogue about potential institutional abuses. Bogdan stated he provided all necessary information to the prosecutors and emphasized he did not have the expertise to intervene in the case. He explained that his discussions with various individuals stem from his role in the European Parliament's Petitions Committee, addressing various issues faced by Romanians. His hearing follows that of Ilie Bolojan, also a witness in the same investigation.
