Râmnicu Vâlcea va fi legat direct de Autostrada Sibiu–Pitești: noua șosea va costa 770 de milioane de lei

Râmnicu Vâlcea will soon be connected to the A1 Sibiu–Pitești highway, enhancing travel efficiency. The government approved the modernization project for the road to Tigveni, reducing travel time significantly. This investment will bring the highway within 24 kilometers of the city, which currently lacks direct access to modern road infrastructure. The project includes expanding 13.4 kilometers of DN73C and constructing a new 2.39-kilometer road, along with several other improvements. The total investment is estimated at 770 million lei, with construction expected to last 14 months. This connection is anticipated to boost safety, economic growth, and tourism in the region.
