Raiffeisen Bank has received approval from the Competition Council for acquiring Garanti Bank, along with Motoractive IFN and Motoractive Multiservices. The authority found no significant competition concerns in the Romanian market regarding this operation. Raiffeisen Bank offers a variety of financial services to individuals and businesses, while Garanti Bank serves both sectors as part of the Garanti BBVA Romania Group. Motoractive IFN provides leasing solutions, and Motoractive Multiservices manages fleet services. The decision will be published after confidential information is removed.
