The Romanian Ministry of Transport plans to issue an order to schedule grain deliveries based on the ships arriving for loading at the Port of Constanța. This initiative aims to reduce congestion and improve export efficiency. Minister Radu Miruță stated that the port will notify transport operators in advance about the ships' loading schedules, allowing them to plan accordingly. Additionally, the time for issuing port acceptances for unloading trains will be reduced, enhancing coordination among the port, operators, and producers. The measures were developed after discussions with various stakeholders, including farmers and railway companies.
