He emphasized that the Parliament's intervention is only necessary for the amendment declared unconstitutional, which concerns the partner of President Nicușor Dan. Miruță expressed confidence that justice will prevail and that Timișoara's mayor, Dominic Fritz, will complete his term. He also criticized the political nature of the Constitutional Court's appointments, suggesting that the PSD party has historically faced consequences for its actions.
