Miruță observed that only a few workers were present while traffic was halted for extended periods, which exacerbated congestion. He contacted CNAIR officials to ensure a responsible person is present at work sites to oversee traffic management. Miruță emphasized the need for infrastructure works to be conducted with consideration for road users, stating that traffic disruptions should be minimized.
