Radu Miruță, despre situația financiară a Tarom

Interim Transport Minister Radu Miruță rejected a budget proposal for Tarom, deeming it misleading and detrimental to the airline's financial health. He announced a new budget will be created based on the company's actual situation. At an event marking the arrival of a new Boeing 737 MAX 8, Miruță emphasized the need for a serious restructuring plan and fleet renewal. He stated that the previous budget was unsustainable and led to the dismissal of the management. Miruță highlighted the importance of treating Tarom as a strategic company, free from political influence, to ensure its economic viability and future success.
