Miruță stated that there is a permanent channel for discussing national security issues, ensuring that the president is always connected and responsive to the military's needs. Although Dan was not present at the ceremony, a presidential message was delivered by an advisor. On the same day, the president attended a religious service in Brașov, which was not part of the official schedule.
