Miruță noted that while some workers were actively engaged, others were idly watching the river. He sought to identify the supervisor responsible for the chaotic traffic management but found that the person was not present. He emphasized that prolonged and uncoordinated stoppages lead to significant congestion on one of Romania's busiest roads.
