Radu Miruță anunță reguli mai stricte pentru accesul trenurilor de marfă în Portul Constanța

If delays are due to the railway company, they will face penalties, while port operators will be exempt. The initiative aims to prevent unscheduled train entries that disrupt planned operations, ensuring fair treatment for scheduled transports and protecting Romanian producers' interests. The ordinance is currently in the decision transparency phase, pending legal procedures.
