He highlighted two levels of warfare: military confrontation and disinformation. Miruță stressed Romania's need to enhance its defense capabilities due to risks posed by Russia, noting that the situation in Ukraine and Moldova is crucial for understanding the eastern flank. He pointed out incidents of drone debris in Romania, arguing that the country is indeed affected by the conflict. The minister also underscored the importance of Moldova in regional security and called for increased military investment and cooperation among NATO and EU states.
