Radarul MApN a identificat o țintă aeriană în zona Chilia Mare

An aerial target was detected near Chilia Veche, prompting an alert for the local population. The Romanian Ministry of National Defense's radar identified the target close to the Danube border. Authorities issued a RO-Alert message at 23:32, and three aircraft were deployed for monitoring, including two Spanish F-18s and a Romanian IAR-330 SOCAT helicopter. The target briefly entered national airspace before radar contact was lost near Pardina. The alert was lifted at 00:48, but details about the target's nature and origin remain unclear.
