Radare "zâmbitoare" au fost instalate pe drumurile naționale. Ce trebuie să știe șoferii
Romania has installed nearly 150 traffic calming systems on national roads to reduce speed and prevent accidents. These systems, known as "pedagogical radars," display vehicle speed on electronic panels with green or red emoticons, providing real-time visual feedback to drivers. Unlike police radars, they do not issue automatic fines but aim to educate drivers about speed limits. The initiative targets areas where drivers transition from high-speed roads to localities, addressing the common issue of speeding in these zones. Additionally, a special red road marking may be used to enhance driver awareness and safety during braking.
