Radare de bun simț: Ce rol au sondele de trafic, instalate cu bani din PNRR la intrarea în localități

Traffic sensors installed at the entrances of various Romanian localities aim to enhance road safety by providing real-time speed feedback to drivers. These devices, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, are not police radars and do not issue fines. Instead, they display speed readings on electronic panels, using color-coded symbols to indicate whether drivers are within the speed limit. The system is complemented by red road markings and zigzag lines to visually alert drivers of the transition into populated areas. The initiative is part of a broader effort to improve traffic safety, with over 1 billion lei allocated for related projects since the start of the PNRR.
