Rabla Auto 2026: Bugetul pentru mașini electrice s-a epuizat în doar 10 zile

The budget for electric vehicle purchases under the Rabla Auto 2026 program was exhausted within 10 days of opening for individual registrations. As of July 30, 6,724 applications totaling 120 million lei were submitted. The program launched on July 20 had a total budget of 300 million lei, with the electric vehicle component being the first to deplete its funds. Registrations continue for other vehicle categories, with 10,611 applications for thermal and hybrid vehicles submitted so far. The Ministry of Environment indicated that additional funds for electric vehicles may become available later in the year if some beneficiaries withdraw their reserved vouchers.
