AIDMM highlights that over 1,000 applicants were left without support due to this quick exhaustion. They argue that reallocating funds would double the motorcycle budget and allow for the financing of more vehicles. The association cites a significant increase in motorcycle registrations and previous instances of fund redistribution in the Rabla program as justification for their request.
