Putin vrea să negocieze încheierea războiului cu Trump și Xi, fără Zelenski

Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping to negotiate an end to the Ukraine war favorably for Moscow. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky would not participate in these discussions. The Kremlin confirmed talks about a potential three-way meeting, possibly during the APEC summit in November. An American official noted that Trump has not accepted the proposal but may be open to it. Such a meeting without Zelensky would be unprecedented and raise concerns in Europe about a favorable agreement for Russia. Tensions remain between Trump and Zelensky, with Trump criticizing Ukraine's actions and Zelensky opposing U.S. sanctions suspension against Russia. A meeting could also enhance China's role in international negotiations, although Beijing is cautious about its European relations.
