Putin plănuiește să bage sub controlul statului, temporar, companiile care nu-şi protejează infrastructura de atacurile cu drone ucrainene – Aleph News

On August 24, Vladimir Putin signed a decree allowing the state to temporarily seize control of companies' assets that fail to protect critical infrastructure from drone attacks. This measure applies to companies violating security requirements or not promptly repairing damaged facilities. The state can take control of movable and immovable property, securities, and rights in Russian companies. The decree does not specify a time limit for state control, which will be determined by the government based on Putin's instructions. Critical infrastructure includes energy, communication, and transportation sectors, among others. Recent drone attacks from Ukraine have targeted strategic sites in Russia, complicating military efforts.
