Putin confiscă activele rusești ale Auchan, Nestle și Leroy Merlin. Ajung la o companie condusă de un general
Russia has taken control of local assets from major Western companies like Nestlé, Auchan, and Leroy Merlin, transferring them to a company led by a general. This move follows a presidential decree by Vladimir Putin, which places these assets under temporary management of L.E.V. Management. The company, established in late 2025, is headed by Andrei Krayushkin, a general in the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. Many multinational corporations have exited Russia since the invasion of Ukraine, leading to asset confiscations. The decree also includes the transfer of assets from FM Logistic and mentions Auchan's shares held by Sogepar. Auchan operates over 241 stores in Russia, employing around 33,000 people, while Leroy Merlin has been rebranded as Lemana Pro after its acquisition by Scenari Holding.
