Putin a schimbat regulile atacurilor asupra Ucrainei. Zelenski: „Acum nu mai există reguli”
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claims that Vladimir Putin ordered the Russian military to lift restrictions on airstrikes against Ukraine. This order, reportedly given in September, has led to an increase in attacks on civilian targets. Zelensky stated that the Russian military is now targeting not only infrastructure but also attempting to intimidate the population through repeated bombings. The Kremlin denied these accusations, asserting that the Russian army does not attack schools or hospitals. Ukrainian intelligence suggests that Russia is preparing to intensify attacks on major cities as winter approaches, with Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa as primary targets. Zelensky also mentioned the challenges Ukraine faces in intercepting drones and the need for more efficient maintenance of Western-supplied F-16s.
