Putin a pus activele din Rusia ale Nestle, Auchan şi Leroy Merlin sub administrare specială - Economica.net
Russian assets of multinational companies Nestle, Auchan, and Leroy Merlin have been transferred to a Russian firm under a decree by President Putin. The decree states that shares of these companies are now under "temporary administration" by L.E.V. Management, led by a general from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This company, established in late 2025, reportedly has no commercial activity and unknown ownership. Since the onset of the Ukraine invasion, many multinationals have exited Russia or had their assets seized. The decree also includes asset transfers from FM Logistic and mentions Auchan's shares held by Sogepar. Leroy Merlin's assets were transferred to Scenari Holding, which renamed the chain Lemana Pro in 2024. Auchan claims to employ over 33,000 people in Russia, while Nestle's assets mentioned in the decree belong to its German and product companies. Danone's Russian subsidiary was confiscated and sold to a relative of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov.
