Putin a decis confiscarea activelor a două companii majore europene care au insistat să rămână în Rusia după începutul războiului

Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the temporary administration of Nestlé and Auchan's assets in Russia, following their decision to remain in the country post-invasion. The assets are now managed by a little-known company, L.E.V. Management, which raises concerns about potential expropriation. Nestlé continues operations in Russia, emphasizing its role in providing essential goods, while Auchan operates 230 stores and an online business. The move reflects Russia's tightening control over foreign-owned assets since the Ukraine war began, with previous instances leading to state expropriation. Many Western companies have either sold their assets or handed them over to local managers in response to sanctions and threats from Moscow.
