This follows the recent hearing of Cristina Trăilă, who is under investigation for complicity in influence peddling related to a case involving businessman Fănel Bogoș. Trăilă resigned from her government position, claiming her innocence and stating that the scandal could harm Bolojan's image and that of the government. Bolojan expressed he does not expect to be called by DNA but acknowledged the possibility of being invited to provide a statement in such cases.
