PSD nu renunță la amendamentul controversat la noua lege ANI

PSD plans to reintroduce a controversial amendment to the new ANI law that would remove mandates from those declared incompatible or in conflict of interest, even before the law takes effect. The party is considering two options: either to propose the amendment during discussions on a new project by PNL and USR or to allow the law to pass as is and later initiate changes. The ANI law, crucial for accessing PNRR funds, was rejected by the Senate due to dissatisfaction with PSD's amendments. PNL and USR intend to submit a new project without the contested amendments.
