PSD decidește luni cum va susține guvernul Niculescu și cere refacerea majorității cu PNL și UDMR • Newsweek România
The Social Democratic Party (PSD) is set to decide on its support for the government led by Luca Niculescu, aiming to restore a stable majority with PNL and UDMR. However, PNL has expressed its refusal to join a government with PSD, opting instead for opposition. PSD's president, Sorin Grindeanu, emphasized the need for a stable majority and rejected the idea of a minority government, which he believes would leave PSD vulnerable. PNL's Ilie Bolojan confirmed that the party will not participate in the government but may support Niculescu's cabinet during the vote. PSD has outlined priorities for the new government, including no tax increases in 2027 and timely payments to businesses.
