PSD contestă în instanță 12 hotărâri ale Guvernului. Sorin Grindeanu avertizează: „România riscă să piardă un miliard de euro din PNRR”

The Social Democratic Party has initiated legal actions against 12 government resolutions, claiming they exceed constitutional powers. PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu announced that they filed preliminary complaints and seek suspension of these resolutions from the Bucharest Court of Appeal. The contested resolutions were adopted by the interim government after the legal deadline. Grindeanu criticized the National Biodiversity Conservation Strategy, urging its withdrawal and parliamentary approval to prevent significant financial losses from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. He warned that failure to address this could jeopardize major infrastructure projects.
