PSD cere ANI, MAI şi Parchetului să intervină în cazul Dominic Fritz şi să conteste ordinul prefectului de Timiş

The Social Democratic Party (PSD) has requested the National Integrity Agency and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to contest the disciplinary sanction against Timișoara's mayor, Dominic Fritz, imposed by the prefect. This follows a definitive ruling by the High Court of Cassation and Justice declaring Fritz in a conflict of interest. PSD accuses the USR party of attempting to protect Fritz from legal consequences and calls for an investigation into USR's actions. Despite the ruling, Fritz remains in office but faces a 10% salary reduction for six months. The prefect stated that the disciplinary action was necessary following the court's decision.
