The Social Democratic Party (PSD) has initiated new legal actions against the Bolojan government, seeking to suspend and annul government decisions made after a no-confidence vote. This follows a previous series of actions that resulted in the suspension of 11 government decisions, which expired due to PSD's failure to request annulment within the legal timeframe. PSD's renewed efforts involve challenging ten of the eleven decisions, with legal representation from Viorel Mocanu, a former government agent at the ECHR. The new cases are being heard by different judges with varying court dates set between October 9 and 21.
