Prosumatorii vor fi plătiți lunar pentru energia livrată în rețea. Legea a mai trecut un hop în drumul spre promulgare
The prosumer law in Romania is close to being enacted, allowing monthly payments for surplus energy delivered to the grid. Following a Constitutional Court decision, President Nicușor Dan has ten days to promulgate the law. It introduces significant changes for both individuals and businesses, including monthly settlements for energy surplus and the ability to offset energy consumption across different locations. The law aims to address long-standing issues faced by prosumers and has undergone extensive legislative processes since its initial proposal in 2023.
