Prosumatorii sunt revoltați și vor suspendarea normelor ANRE la Legea Prosumatorului: Sunt scrise „după dictarea” furnizorilor
Prosumers in Romania are protesting against the new implementation norms of the Prosumer Law, claiming they undermine their rights and favor energy suppliers. The Association of Prosumers and Energy Communities (APCE) argues that the norms, published by ANRE, distort the original law and threaten prosumers' rights. They warn of potential legal action if the norms are not revised. Prosumers feel their rights, including monthly compensation and energy surplus usage, are being diluted, leaving them at the mercy of suppliers. With around 370,000 prosumers in Romania, they have invested significantly in energy independence, contributing to the national energy system.
