APCE highlights issues from the previous funding scheme, where equipment worth 1,000-2,000 euros was reimbursed up to 5,000 euros. They request a meeting to discuss essential rules and propose concrete suggestions for purchasing and reimbursing batteries to ensure competitive pricing. The association emphasizes the need for effective price control mechanisms to avoid market distortions. They stress that public consultation is crucial for refining the project before its public release.
