Fedorov is in discussions with numerous potential investors and emphasizes that the fund will not be a traditional venture capital fund but will establish companies and invest in existing Ukrainian startups. He outlined three initial priorities: combat robotics, high-speed intercepting drones, and AI-equipped missiles. Fedorov believes the war may extend for another two to three years, highlighting the need for modern battlefield solutions and unity in Ukraine's response to Russian aggression.
