Propagandistul rus Rîbar a fost expulzat / Amenințarea lui Medvedev: „Să facem un fond de schimb cu imbecili europeni şi americani”

Russian propagandist Mihail Zvinciuk, founder of the Rîbar military blog, was expelled from Montenegro for national security reasons after being arrested. His arrest was linked to spreading Russian influence and hybrid operations. The Montenegrin authorities deemed him a threat, leading to his expulsion along with others. Dmitry Medvedev criticized Europe for targeting Russians and suggested creating a fund to exchange individuals with European and American authorities. Zvinciuk, previously employed by the Russian Defense Ministry, has been sanctioned by the UK and the US for his role in supporting Russia's actions in Ukraine. The US offered a reward for information on individuals linked to Rîbar's social media channels.
