Proiectul falimentat al fostului primar George Pădure, reactivat de un investitor israelian
The Israeli investment group Longbridge is reviving a failed residential project in Bucharest, initially proposed by former mayor George Pădure. The new development will feature around 1,000 apartments on the site of the Sigma Residence project. Longbridge, known for significant real estate transactions before the 2008 crisis, has returned to the Romanian market after an eight-year hiatus. The group previously sold large plots of land to One United Properties, which are now being developed into residential complexes. Longbridge's recent activity includes selling a plot in Timpuri Noi for a new residential project.
