Proiectul de buget al Ungariei este compatibil cu aderarea la zona euro (Fitch)
Fitch Ratings indicates that Hungary's 2027 budget proposal aligns with the country's goal to meet Eurozone entry criteria by 2030. The government plans to reduce the budget deficit significantly, aiming for 4.9% of GDP, down from 7.5%. Fitch forecasts a decrease in public debt to 5.4% by 2027 and under 3% by 2030, despite risks in implementation. The agency expects Hungary's public debt to peak at 77.7% of GDP during 2027-2028. Economic growth is projected to accelerate, supported by EU payments and increased private sector activity. Other analysts also predict Hungary will meet Euro adoption criteria by the early 2030s.
