The project was revisited due to low water levels affecting energy production. The next step involves approval of new technical-economic indicators by the Ministry of Transport. The project has a long history and has been revised based on environmental feedback. The approved budget for 2024 is 1.02 billion lei, with a planned implementation duration of 60 months. Recent meetings have focused on accelerating the project and updating technical solutions.
