Proiectul apart-hotelului din centrul Sibiului primește undă verde: modificări aduse în urma reclamațiilor vecinilor
The project to transform a building on Valea Mare Street into a mixed-use complex has passed the public consultation phase. The developer made changes to urban plans after neighbors raised concerns about access and property rights. In June, the project by Nucleo Center SA faced public debate, with two complaints from affected residents regarding traffic and access issues. Neighbors feared that proposed road layouts infringed on their private property and could block access. In response, the developer removed references to a disputed street and clarified that vehicle access would only be from public roads. Following these adjustments, no further complaints were filed, allowing the project to proceed with approvals.
